DIET CHICKEN (Boneless) Diet Food ( for weight reduction ) & Low-Calorie Food Series
1-Chicken 2 lbs boneless one-inch pieces
2-Desi Ghee 1 Tea Spoon Full
3-Salt 1 Tea Spoon
4-Onion Powder 1 Tea Spoon
5-Ginger Powder 1 Tea Spoon
6-Garlic Powder 1 Tea Spoon
7-Black Pepper 1 Tea Spoon
8-Soya Sauce 2 Table Spoon
9-White Vinegar 2 Table Spoon
10- Green chilies few
11- Coriander few leaves

Cooking Method:
Prepare all ingredients.
Place Pan on the burner
Add ghee in it, Turn on heat, add chicken pieces, stir and cook for 5 min.
Add all spices, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, soya sauce, and vinegar.
Turn heat to the low, cover lid, keep cooking for 20 minutes or till the chicken gets tender.
Add green chilies and coriander leaves.
Serve in a dish

NOTE:
Don’t add water at all, it will get ready only with all spices
