Mint Chicken Kabab

Ingredients
250 Gm Chicken
Handful mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
5 to 6 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 Green chili
1 Tablespoon roasted gram flour (basen)
2 Tablespoon salt
1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
2 Tablespoon oil

Procedure
1. Blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, chili and gram flour into a fine paste add water if you wish.
2. Marinate chicken with turmeric, salt and blended paste, mix well all 1 tablespoon oil and marinate for 30 min.
3. Heat a pan add some oil and grill the chicken on high flame for 2 min on each side, lower the flame cover and cook for 10 to 15 min. untill chicken is cooked.
4. Plate and enjoy
