📋 INGREDIENTS:
(Makes 3–4 servings – small bowls or glasses) 🥣
Ingredient Amount
Peaches (peeled and chopped, frozen) 1 kg
Lemon juice 1–2 lemons
Strawberries (fresh or frozen) 300 g
Lemon juice (for strawberries) ½ lemon
Honey (or maple syrup – optional) To taste (3 tbsp for peaches + 3–4 tbsp for strawberries, if desired)
Cold water or fruit juice (if needed) A few tbsp (optional)
👩🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ One day before, peel and chop the peaches into pieces. Place them in the freezer and let them freeze completely (until fully solid).
2️⃣ When ready, remove the frozen peaches from the freezer. Add them to a powerful blender along with the lemon juice. If you want it sweeter, add honey (about 3 tablespoons or to taste). Blend until you get a smooth, creamy, and lump-free puree. If the blender struggles, add a little cold water or fruit juice, a spoonful at a time (as little as possible to keep it thick).
3️⃣ Transfer the peach puree to a bowl or container and set aside. Rinse the blender.
4️⃣ Add the strawberries to the blender with the lemon juice. If you want it sweeter, add honey (about 3–4 tablespoons or to taste). Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a splash of cold water or orange juice to help the blender.
5️⃣ Serve the two layers separately in small bowls, or one on top of the other for a beautiful two-colored dessert. For an even better treat, place it back in the freezer for 1–2 hours and serve it like a natural fruit ice cream!
Enjoy! 😋
