Hey guys!!! Welcome back to another Tasting Positive video. Today I will be going over one of my all time favorite lentil soup recipes, totally ideal for weight loss, weight management and over all health.

Ingredients
White onion (1 large)
Red Lentils (1 cup water per half cup lentils, or 1.5 cup water per half cup lentil for a lighter version)
Cumin (1 teaspoon)
Oregano (or Italian seasoning will do) (2 teaspoons)
Paprika (1 teaspoon)
Butter or olive oil (1-3 tablespoons depending on your goals)
Dried mint (optional)
Pepper paste/ Harissa (*please taste the harissa you purchase before adding it to your soup! if it’s too spicy for your taste, only add a little bit)
