Steel cut whole oats : 1 cup
Julienne cut onion : 1/2 cup
Diced tomatos : 1/4 cup
Green chili : 1
Boiled green peas : 1/4 cup
Yellow, Green, Red bell peppers : 1 tbsp each
Cashews : 1-2 tbsp
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
Garam masala : 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/4 tsp
Water : 4 cups
