Want restaurant-style naan at home without oven? Maybe you even want a healthier version of the restaurant nan? Then this recipe is for you! It replaces 1/4th of the flour with whole-wheat (atta) without changing the taste, doesn’t use eggs or yeast, and keeps fats low. You can make everything quickly on a frying pan with items you already have at home!

This recipe has been approved by my Indian family, so I hope you will like it. 🙂 Your family will be pleasantly surprised to see a freshly made basket of this delicious Indian flat bread at the dining table. You can try the authentic taste of this homemade nan with Indian dishes such as Butter Chicken or Daal Makhani – the links are below, and you can see more recipes on my channel page!

pomotips:

You can use 100% all-purpose flour (maida) too, but increasing the quantity/proportion of whole-wheat flour (atta) will change the taste and texture, so I don’t recommend it / 100%中力粉にしても問題ありませんが、全粒粉の量はレシピに記載している以上に増やすと食感が変わってしまいますので注意してください。
