Like what I’ve said on my previous video 2020’s goal is self improvement.. with that I am exploring on healthy recipes for my self and family here’s one of them. Meal prep is also convenient specially to working mom’s like me.
Here’s what I’ve done.
Cauliflower rice:
Cauliflower
Pepper
Salt
Garlic
Creamy Spinach:
Spinach
Heavy cream of your choice
Cheese of you choice
Spices all you want
Baked Pork:
Pork (any cut will do)
Pepper and Salt
Baked Salmon:
Salmon
Lemon
Pepper and salt
