Have you ever wanted to know how to make homemade granola?

This is our favorite granola recipe. I keep a container of it on hand for quick breakfasts or healthy snacks. This super easy and healthy granola is great with yogurt and fruit, covered in milk, or in a snack bag when you are on the go. Let me know how you like to eat your granola.

Ingredients:
3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 cup Chopped Nuts (raw pecans or walnuts)
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp salt

Mix together
Bake 350F/180C
Total 40 mins
Stir every 10-15 mins

This granola will keep stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. It could last longer but it has never lasted that long at our house before being eaten.
