DIY TEA RECIPES
Fresh ginger Tea
Peel a small piece of ginger. Bring a pot of water to boil and turn the heat off. Chop ginger finely or grate into water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired strength. Amount of ginger can be adjusted to suit personal preferences. Strain into mugs with fine mesh strainer. Optional add ins: honey, lemon.
Cinnamon Tea
There are lots of variations for this. This is the method I used (but with measurements):
Fresh Mint Tea
Remove mint leaves from stems. Bring a kettle or pot of water to boil and turn the heat off. Add desired amount of mint leaves to a mug and submerge with boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired strength. Optional add ins: honey, lemon.

GINGER WELLNESS SHOTS (in recycled glass bottles): I used apples, oranges, turmeric, ginger, horseradish, and garlic for the ones in this video. I juiced the fruits and roots with my juicer then pressed the garlic through a press and mixed it in at the end. I didn’t measure anything for this and I don’t have a real recipe for you to follow, but you can juice any of your favorite ingredients together to recreate these.
