RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 muskmelon
2 bananas
1 apple
1 or 1/2 cup of milk
2 tsp of jaggary
1tsp chia seeds
Procedure:
wash all fruits well before use. chop bananas . deseed apple & muskmelon then chop. add all fruits to a mixing bowl. Add 1 tsp chia seeds , 2 tsp of jaggary & 1 or 1/2 cup of milk mix it all well. you can refrigerate it for 1/2 n hour & then have it else you can have like that only.
NOTE: Do not add more jaggary because fruits contain natural sugars. you can replace jaggary with honey also.
