For my second What I Eat in a Day video, I’m showing you everything that I eat during a typical day in self quarantine. I wanted to show you what I eat at the college dining hall, but now that Uconn has online classes I had to show you what I eat at home in self quarantine! This is my healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks that I eat in a typical day, and I’ll show you how I track my calories using the Fitbit app as well as my macros breakdown. I don’t focus too much on macros- I just try to keep a balanced diet.
What I eat in a day varies day to day and in this video I only had one vegan item compared to my last what i eat in a day that was fully vegan, but I’ve been eating mostly plant based in my self quarantine and focusing on balancing the macronutrients 🙂
