Please find below the full list of ingredients and preparation steps for making vegetable sooji/rava appam –
Serving Size: 2-3 people
Preparation time: 20 mins
Ingredients. (0:36 – 0:58)

1. Medium sized Carrot – 1
2. Medium sized Capsicum – 1
3. Green Chilli – 2
4. Curd – 3 to 4 tablespoon
5. Rava / Sooji – 1.5 cup
6. Salt
7. Coriander
8. Unflavoured ENO – 1/2 packer
Preparation Steps (0:37 – 4:35)

1. Mix carrot, capsicum, chilli, curd, salt, coriander and rava in a bowl.
2. Add water to get desired consistency.
3. Add ENO to the batter.
4. Heat the pan with little oil.
5. Put the batter the pan holdings and close the lid for a minute on medium flame.
6. Turn them around and wait for another minute.
7. Serve and enjoy with the choice of your dip.
