LENTIL DAL Recipe :
500g red lentils
5 carrots
1L Chopped tomatoes
2 Onions
1 Lemon
1 Red bell pepper
5 garlic cloves
200ml full fat coconut milk
1 cube veggie stock
1tsp ginger powder
1tsp curry powder
1tsp smoked paprika
1tsp Turmeric
black pepper
Enough water to cover ingredients
Cook for 45 minutes in low/medium heat!
