Energy bites are the perfect healthy treat! No bake energy balls are gluten free and perfect for healthy snacks and breakfast on the go!
These homemade energy bites are low carb, and has zero sugar. These are easy to make and suitable for all ages.
During this hard self quarantine phase we tend to snack and almost of us reach for unhealthy or processed junk snacks, but instead of eating unhealthy we can go for homemade treats like energy bites.
Tases can be made within 5 minutes and can be stored in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks or freeze it up to 3 months.
