Hello friends, in this video I shared with you two delicious and healthy recipes. Both packed with lots of minerals, fiber, and good carbs! I hope you enjoyed it!
Ingredients list:
[Bibimbap] *Feel free to substitute with your vegetables of preference
– Carrot
– Bell pepper
– Spinach
– Zucchini
– Cucumber
– Yellow onion
– Burdock
– 4 heads Flower Mushroom
(Marinate: 1 tbsp agave syrup, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 minced garlic, black pepper to taste)
– 2 cloves Garlic (minced) to stir fry zucchini and cucumber
– salt to season the vegetables
[Mi Yeok Guk]
– 1 handful of Mi Yeok/ Wakame
– 2 tsp Soy sauce
– 3-4 cloves Garlic (minced)
– 2 cups Water
