INGREDIENTS
1.Peanut 1cup
2.Onion 1chopped
2.Salad Cucumber 1chopped
3.Tomato 1chopped
4.Pepper Powder 1/4tsp
5.Red chilly Powder 1tsp
6.Lemon Juice
7.Salt to Taste
METHOD
1.Cook the peanut in a cooker with three whistles.
2.Drain the cooked peanut in a bowl.
3.Add all the remaining ingredients one by one in a bowl and mix everything very well.
4.Healthy South Indian Style Peanut Salad is ready to serve.
