Sometimes there is nothing better than a simple breakfast that includes bacon and eggs. This simple omelette recipe can be cooked by everyone. It is filling, healthy and delicious. The green onions give an additional flavor that makes it special.
Ingredients:
½ tbsp. Olive oil
1 oz. Bacon, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp. Green onion, the greens
3 Eggs, beaten
2 oz. Cheese, cut into small cubes
½ Tomato, sliced
1 lettuce leaf
Procedure:
1. In a pan add olive oil and turn on medium-high heat. Once heated add the bacon. Cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add green onions and cook 5 more minutes.
3. Pour the beaten eggs and cook 3 minutes.
4. Add the cheese.
5. Close the omelette. Cook 2 minutes and flip. Cook 1 more minute.
6. Serve a lettuce leaf and tomato slices. Enjoy!
