Milagu kuzhambu is a healthy food which goes well with white rice, curd rice, milk rice and the like. It can also be used as a side dish. All the ingredients used in it have a medicinal value. When taken during cold and cough, it gives great relief.
INGRDIENTS:
1. PEPPER – 1 TBSP
2. CUMIN – 3/4 TBSP
3. DRY CORRIANDER SEEDS – 2 TBSP
4. FENUGREEK SEEDS – 1/2 TBSP
5. GARLIC CLOVES – 15-20
6. CURRY LEAVES – 1 HANDFULL
7. TAMARIND – 1 LEMON SIZE
8. ONION – 1 FINELY CHOPPED
9. TOMATO – 1 FINELY CHOPPED
10. DRY CHILLIES – 4-6 NOS
11.TURMERIC POWDER – 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
GINGELY OIL, MUSTARD, URID DHAL FOR SEASONING
