Handva is a delicious and healthy dish. This is an excellent dish for breakfast, evening snacks or even a light dinner. This Rava Handva looks like a savoury cake and is my favourite breakfast dish.

This dish is cooked using very less ingredients and is very easy as well.

Ingredients for making Handva:

Sooji/Rava/Semolina- 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Oil – 3 tbsp
Green chillies- 5-6 chopped
Onion – 1 medium sized chopped
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 8-10
Salt as per taste

Coriander and Barik sev for garnish
