Nut Brittle Chia Salad is a very healthy recipe prepared with coconut milk, several fruit & nut which makes it rich in fibre, antioxidant and nutritious. It can be a great breakfast if you’re looking to lose weight. Let’s start our easy, quick & super healthy weight loss recipe which also helps in body detoxification.

INGREDIENTS:

 1 cup Coconut Milk, chilled (1 कप नारियल का दूध, ज्यादा ठंडा)
 3 tbsp Chia seeds / Sabja seeds (3 tbsp चिया सीड्स / सब्जा के बीज)
 1-2 tbsp Honey (1-2 tbsp शहद )
 ½ tsp Vanilla essence (½ tsp वैनिला एसेंस)
 ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder (¼ tsp दाल चीनी पाउडर)
 ½ cup Mango, diced (½ cup आम, कटा हुआ)
 ½ cup Kiwi, diced (½ cup कीवी, कटा हुआ)
 ½ cup Ripe Banana, diced (½ cup केला, कटा हुआ)
 ½ cup Pomegranate (½ cup अनार)
 ½ cup fresh/dried Fig, soaked (½ cup अंजीर, कटा हुआ)
 3 tbsp Jaggery powder (3 tbsp गुड़)
 1-2 tbsp water (1-2 tbsp पानी)
 2 tbsp Almonds, chopped (2 tbsp बादाम, कटे हुए )
 2 tbsp Pistachios, chopped (2 tbsp पिस्ता, कटे हुए )

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHIA SEEDS MIXTURE:

1. Take a mixing bowl, add 1 cup chilled coconut milk, add 3 tbsp chia seeds / sabja seeds and mix it well.
2. Add 1 or 2 tbsp of honey (as per your taste), add ½ tsp of vanilla essence & ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder. Give it a good stir, cover and place in the fridge overnight.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NUT BRITTLE:

1. Firstly take a Pan and place it on medium flame, add 3 tbsp jaggery powder.
2. Add 1-2 tbsp water to caramelise the jaggery powder, stir it well till it dissolved completely.
3. Add 2 tbsp chopped Almonds & 2 tbsp chopped Pistachios, stir well & then immediately scrape the brittle onto a plate / bowl (oil it lightly if it sticks), let cool completely.

FINAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Take a glass / glass jar, add a layer of diced ripe mango then add a layer of coconut chia seeds mixture.
2. Add a layer of diced kiwi then add a layer of coconut chia seeds mixture.
3. Add a layer of diced ripe banana, add a layer of fresh fig / dried fig (soaked in water) then add a layer of coconut chia seeds mixture.
4. You can add any seasonal fruits of your choice.
5. In last add a layer of pomegranate & topping it with nut brittle.
6. Serve it chilled.
