Ingredients:

1. 4-5 tbsp of instant oats
2. ½ chopped carrot
3. 4-5 chopped beans
4. 1 small onion (chopped)
5. 8-10 Peanuts (optional)
6. 1 green chilli (chopped)
7. ¼ tbsp whole mustard seeds
8. Pinch of turmeric powder and red chilli powder (optional)
9. Salt as per taste
10. 2 tbsp of refined oil or butter or ghee
11. ½ tbsp Chana daal
12. Few curry leaves
13. Water (approx 250 ml)
