Cake Rusk
Preheat: 350 F
Bake for 35-40 min

Soft butter: 100 gm
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Eggs : 3
Vanilla
Flour: 1 cup
Baking powder: 1.5 tsp
Crushed fennel seeds: 2 tsp
Salt: optional

Step :
1. Add butter and mix it well, add sugar and mix it on medium to high speed
2. Add eggs one by one and mix it using the Whisk attachment
3. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and crushed fennel seeds
4. Mix all it together on high speed for 30 sec.
5. Add it in a pan, spread it evenly and bake it for 35 – 40 min.in preheated oven 350 F
6. Once done remove it and check if it’s baked or not, let it cool down then slice it up little thick
7. Place these pieces in a baking tray and place them in 350 F preheated oven to bake for 15 min.
8. Remove and flip it and again place in to bake for 15 min.
9. Remove it turn off the oven and place the tray inside oven for 20-30 min.
10. Remove them if they are burning, keep looking
11. Once done the cake rusk is ready
Crispy and delicious, can store for a month and enjoy as tea time snack.
