Chicken shawarma recipe :
First make a regular soft chapati dough with wheat flour for 3 Chapatis close it with a lid and keep it a side
Take 300 grams clean boneless chicken and add
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/4th tea spoon turmeric
1/4th tea spoon pepper powder
1/2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder and mix all the ingredients .
Then heat a pan and add oil to it and Grill the Chicken (pan frying )
chop the grill Chicken and Vegetables together finely
Add salt and pepper to your taste and 2 whole table spoons of mayonnaise and give it a good mix
Make chapatis with out oil and apply some mayonnaise fill the chapati with the salad ,roll it and serve
Tip:
Skip the mayonnaise if you wish to make it more healthy
