– 2 large-sized zucchinis
– 1 large-sized eggplant
– 5 medium-sized potatoes
– 1 medium-sized onion
– 400 g Small to medium sized mushrooms
– 2 Tomatoes to add flavor
– Half cup Olive oil
– 1 Tablespoon salt (or as you prefer)
– 1 level tablespoon ground black pepper
Served with yogurt
