This is a simple and a healthy salad which can be prepared by easy available ingredients at home.
Best for summer when you serve it chilled.

I have made this video with the basic ingredients available at my home. More ingredients can be added to make it more delicious. so don’t forget to read the ‘Tips’ mentioned below

Ingredients:
Cucumber – 1 small size (finely chopped)
Carrot – 1 small size (finely chopped)
Sweet corn – 1 cup
Pomegranate – 1 cup
Macaroni – 1/2 cup (boiled)
Mint leaves – few leaves
Ghee/oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Hung curd – 1 cup (u can add more if u feel less)
Salt/ Pepper – As per taste

Tips:
– Additional ingredients (bell peppers, zucchini instead of cucumber, chopped green chilly, coriander)
– You can use pasta as well instead of recipe.
– I prefer boiling macaroni/pasta in pressure cooker for 1 whistle. Always rinse boiled macaroni/pasta with cold water.
– Hung Curd (take a sieve, add curd, place the sieve on some bowl so that you can collect extra water from the curd which can be used for other purpose. Keep it in refrigerator for minimum 2 hours or so. The thick curd on the sieve will be your hung curd.)
