Ghee – 1 tbsp.
Vermicelli/Semiya – 250 gms.
Oil – 1 tbsp.
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp.
Curry leaves – chopped.
Garlic – chopped.
Green chilli – 1 chopped.
Peanuts 1/4 cup.
Cashews & Raisins – 2 tsp.
Onion – 1 chopped.
Beans – chopped. 1/2 cup.
Carrot – chopped. 1/2 cup.
Capsicum- chopped. 1/3 cup.
Corn – 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp.
Coriander powder – 1/4 tsp.
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp.
Salt – 1/4 tsp.
