Dosa is made with Ragi millet or Finger millet, a healthy and delicious recipe.The batter is prepared with Ragi flour,rava and rice flour but can also be simply prepared with Ragi flour alone.The dosa texture is similar to the popular rava dosa but has a lot of differences in its taste and flavour.

Ragi Flour 1/2 Cup
Rice Flour 1/4 Cup
Rava 1/8 Cup
Salt 1/2 Tb spoon
Water
Curd 1/4 Cup
Oil
Onion (finely chopped)
Carrot (grated)
Chillies (finely chopped)
Corriander
