In this video, I have shared my tips, How to strong Immunity system in a natural way. If our immune system is strong, we will not suffer from any flu, cough, sore throat and some other stomach infections.
For strong Immunity, you need to have adequate sleep, at least 7 to 8 hours every night. In addition, eat balance diet with lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and healthy fats in form of nuts, Olive oil and coconut oil etc. Try to manage your stress. You can do 30 minutes walk, yoga or some kind of physical activity to reduce your stress level.
I have shared a immune booster shot, which also called ginger lemon shot. Just drink it 20 to 30 minutes before your meal. It has bitter taste, that’s why you need to drink it in a second, like a medicine syrup.
This ginger lemon shot will help your Digestion get back on track, boosts your immune system and fight infection.
