INSTANT RAGI DOSA
Ingredients: i) 1 cup ragi flour
ii) 1 cup rava
iii) ½ cup rice flour
iv) ½ cup curd
v) 3 cups water
vi) ¾ cup finely chopped onion
vii) 1 green chilli chopped
viii) 1 tsp jeera
ix) salt as per taste
Procedure: 1) In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup ragi flour, 1 cup rava, ½ cup rice
flour and ½ cup curd and mix well.
2) Add 2 cups water and mix well to form a lump free batter.
3) Then, add ¾ cup onion, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp jeera and salt as per
taste. Mix well and rest the batter for 20 min.
4) Add water as required and make a flowing consistency batter.
5) Now pour the dosa batter on the hot tawa / pan.
6) Sprinkle 1tsp oil on the sides of dosa.
7) Once the dosa turns brownish, flip over and cook.
8) Finally, fold the dosa and serve immediately with coconut
chutney.
