Ingredients:
1+1/2 cup yogurt
2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (If you want more sweetness you can add more)
1/2 cup strawberries
Fresh blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup to drizzle over top
Instructions:
1-In a medium sized bowl combine yogurt and honey.
2-Place strawberries in a food processor and puree until completely smooth
3- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper
4- Spread the yogurt onto the parchment paper into an even layer.
5- Pour strawberry puree on to yogurt mixture and spread with the spoon to create marble effect
6- Sprinkle sliced blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Lightly drizzle with honey
7-Place baking dish in the freezer for 4-6 hours, until completely frozen.
8- Remove dish from freezer. Then, remove parchment paper from it and place on a cutting board. Using a knife, chop frozen yogurt bark into smaller pieces.
9- Store bark in the freezer, either in glass containers or freezer bags. Allow to thaw for a few minutes before eating.
