Quinoa – 1 1/2cups
Idli rice – 1/2cup
Moong dal – 1/2cup
Urad dal – 1/2cup
Chana dal – 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1tbsp
Cumin powder – 1tsp
Soak everything except cumin powder for about 4-6 hours and grind into a smooth batter and pour it in a container that fits in the inner pot. Take the inner pot.Add a cup of water and place the container in the inner pot. Keep the valve in the venting position and close the lid. Then press the yogurt mode and keep the time for 8 hours. After 8 hours the batter will be fermented. To this add about a teaspoon of cumin powder and mix well. Heat a dosa tawa and keep the heat on medium to low. Once it is hot enough pour a ladle full of batter on the tawa and make dosas. Once it starts turning golden brown from the bottom flip it and cook on the other side until its a little crispy.Enjoy it with curry of your choice
