Thank you for the massive support. Today we have a very healthy recipe for a quick to go lunch or a evening snack with ABC juice and Garlic bread recipe. Apple, beetroot and Carrots are very healthy and nutritional for your health and is great when trying to loose weight. Garlic helps with digestion and improves immunity too. This can be a light lunch or evening snack during a busy day.
INGREDIENTS:
ABC juice:
Apple – 1
Beetroot – 2
Carrot – 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Coriander – small handful
Garlic bread:
Garlic – 15-20 cloves
Whole red chilli – 1
Butter – 1 cup melted
Coriander – handful
Bread – 4-5 slices
