In this video i have shown, how to prepare uthakkam and this uthakkam is prepared from Green gram. And included tips for uthakkam as well.This uthakkam is very healthy recipe as we have added only healthy ingredients.
This uthakkam gives awesome taste when you have combined with hot rice. Uthakkam will not 100% good for Idli and dhosa, it may vary as per person’s taste.
