My nutritious meals are also, quick and easy to prepare.
Today’s plate is full of nutrients that support good health. The plant is locally known as Zebi(Zeb-eye) But I am not sure of the scientific name as yet. The leaves are simiar to the dasheen leaf (same family)
The leaves contain large amounts of vitamins A, B and C, fibre, iron and calcium.
Steaming is one of the best ways to cook; it’s a healthy, low calorie cooking method. I enjoy steaming, especially more these days since I changed my diet.
Zebi is no magic plant but you could consider intoducing it to your diet on a regular basis.
