Hung Curd Sandwich or Dahi Sandwich or Yogurt Sandwich is a very healthy breakfast item you can include in your weightloss snacking and add to your tiffin as well.

INGREDIENTS
White Brown Bread Slices (I have taken BRAN bread slices)
Hung Curd – 1 cup
Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup
Capsicum – 2 tbsps (chopped)
Onion – 1/2 cup
Boiled sweet corn – 2 tbsps
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder- 1/4 tbsp
Butter to toast the bread
