We have come up with this healthy and easy to make salad that provides you with everything you need. Refreshing, tasty and healthy – exactly what your body needs now.
RECIPE:
60gr Baby leaf spinach
1/2 a Beetroot (we used Chioggia’s beetroot)
1 Pear
10 Walnuts
3 tbsp Local aged cheese (Parmesan-types )
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
4 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
