Nuchinunde is a traditional recipe from Karnataka. This is generally served for Breakfast. It is a very healthy recipe with the goodness protein and green leafy vegetables. It is quite filling too !

Tuvar Dal 1/2 cup (pigeon pea lentils)
Channadal 1/2 cup
Green chillies 4-5
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Methi Leaves(fenugreek)
Salt to taste
Grated coconut 1/2 cup

For majjige Huli
Curd 1 cup
Turmeric powder a pinch
For masala
Coconut oil 1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
methi seeds 1/8 tsp
Coconut grated 1/4 cup
Coriander seeds 1 Tbsp
