hi my food lovers welcome to my channel cooking shooking with jaya today i am sharing with you museili smoothie which is very yummy ,healthy and very easy to make.if you want to do weight loss then you can replace your one meal with this smoothie .i hope you will like this recipe so please like share and subscribe to my channel.
method:-firstly grind 1/2 cup museili,4 almonds,2 walnuts,2 to 3 seedless dates for sweetness,cocoa pwd 1/2 tsp,cinnamon pwd 1/2 tsp.make powder of all these ingredients then add milk 1 glass and again blend it pour in serving glass garnish with some museili,and chia seeds .yummy and delicious museili smoothie is ready to serve.
