Coriander Rice, a very delicious, healthy and super easy recipe with richness of coriander leaves and mild spices, best served with Onion or Cucumber Raita.
1 cup basamati rice
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
1 small size tomato
3-4 green chillies
A bud of ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs ghee
pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbs peanuts
1 tbs urad dal
1 tbs chana dal
8-10 cashew
1 onion
Salt to taste
