I love making this low carb flan. The texture of low carb flan is very similar to traditional caramel custard. To make the flan keto is very easy, instead of sugar we can use low carb sweetener or Erythritol and stevia sweetener and using heavy cream instead of milk or condensed milk.

To make the recipe, you will just caramelized the sauce and make the custard by using heavy cream, eggs and sugar. Combine both and bake in the oven, then allow to cool. It’s very simple process that just involves heating and mixing.

Keto plan ingredients:
For making custard:
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Erythritol and half tsp stevia sweetener
Vanilla essence
2 whole egg and 1 egg yolk

Cramalization:
3 Tbsp Erythritol
2 Tbsp water
1tbsp butter
