FOR THE CHICKEN IN THE PAN
2 lbs Chicken (breasts or thighs) I used 6 thighs in this recipe.
2 Tbsp Oil (for the pan) I use grapeseed oil which is good for high heat.
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Paprika

FOR THE SAUCE
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Juice of 1 whole lemon
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Dried Rosemary

FOR THE POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS
1 small bag of baby red potatoes
2 large Handfuls of fresh green beans chopped into 1-inch chunks.
2 Tbsp Olive oil (to drizzle over potatoes and green beans)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Dried Rosemary
