Coconut #Chia Seed #Pudding sort of feels like dessert, but is a protein and fiber-rich #breakfast, with 0 added sugar. It takes just 2 minutes to make, and you can dress it up anyway you like: with berries, fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut shavings, or cacao nibs. It does have to set overnight, but lasts 3 days and makes 3 servings. Great if you need something super quick and fuss-free in the AM. You’ll be full till lunch time with this!
