Avocado Flatbread or Chapati is a super soft and delicious, easy to make, healthy and simple, oil free vegan bread recipe prepared using only a few ingredients in less than 30 minutes. This is a 100 % whole wheat flatbread.

Ingredients:

FOR FLATBREAD:

1. Avocado – 1
2. Coriander – 1/2 cup
3. Water
4. Wheat flour – 3/4 cup
5. Besan
6. Avocado oil

FOR GUACAMOLE:

1. Avocado
2. Garlic
3. Lemon
4. Almond (optional)

Cooking time – 30 minutes
