Sabudana – 150 grams(Soaked for 1 hour)
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Potatoes – 2 medium size (cut into small pieces)
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Roasted peanut powder – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 10-12
Lemon – 1
Green Chillies – 2 (Chopped)
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Himalayan Salt – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Refined Oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon and Mint leaves for garnishing.
