Ingredients for making banana bread in a mug:
1 ripe banana, mashed
3 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 tbsp of Honey
1 tbsp of Milk
1 tbsp of Butter
¼ tsp of Baking powder
¼ tsp of Vanilla Essence
Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Baking Soda
Raisins, for garnishing
Preparation for healthy banana bread in a mug:
1. Take a microwave-safe mug. Add 1 tbsp of butter to the mug and microwave it for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the butter melts. 0:24 – 0:33
2. Cut to pieces 1 ripe banana to the mug and mash it until it becomes like a thick liquid using a fork. 0:34 – 1:26
3. Then add 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, ¼ tsp of baking powder, a pinch of cinnamon powder, a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking soda, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of milk, ¼ tsp of vanilla essence. Mix everything well until no lumps remain. 1:27 – 2:21
4. Lastly, add some raisins to the mixture and give it a mix. Also, add some more raisins on top. 2:22 – 2:48
