This video shows a quick how to make a perfect, healthy, quick and easy Overnight Oats using the following ingredients:
Oatmeal
Old fashion oats 1/2 Cup
Raisins 1 tsp
Cashews 5
Almonds 3
Dates 2
Apricot 1
Chia seeds 1 tsp
Flax seeds powder 1/2 tsp
Pumpkin seeds 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 tbs
milk 1/3 cup
Any Fruit you like
Steps:
Take a clean bowl and add ½ cup Oats
Add Dry fruits and Nuts
Add 1 tsp Chia seeds
Add 1/2 tsp Flax seeds powder
Add 1tsp Pumpkin seeds
Add 1tbs Yogurt
Add 1tsp honey
Add ¼ cup milk
Mix well
Close the lid and keep it in a refrigerator overnight
Add any fruit (chunks) you like
Add few drops of lemon juice
Add hot water
Mix well
Ready to serve
