Welcome to my new vlog friends .Today I am going to show you how to make instant yummy Healthy, weight loss soup & protein rich salad recipe. Now a days people are very conscious about their diet and health, every body wants to be fit &, healthy. In the process of weight loss vegetables are our good friends. Veggies are very important and nutritious for our health.
Vegetables soup
ingredients:1 capsicum
1 carrot
1tomato
1 bunch of spring onion
1pack of soup mixture
1 egg
1 liter water
1 bowl of sweet corn
Salt & black pepper according to
taste.
Recipe: 1: boil the water in a pot.
2:cut all the veggies in small pieces.
3:Put all ingredients into boiling water .
4:Stir and cover the pot & cook for 10
mins.
5:Add 1 biten egg ,salt and pepper and
stir well. cook for another 5 mins.
Your Healthy soup is ready to eat,serve
it with hot sauce & green chilli’s
dipped in vinegar .
Protein rich salad recipe :
ingredients: 1 cucumber 🥒
1 tomato 🍅
1 capsicum
1 bowl of ice berg Lettuce
1 bowl of boiled black chick
peas .
salt& black pepper according
to taste.
Recipe: cut all the vegetables into small pieces
mix them all & add salt & pepper & your
