Ingredients Required
1. Vazhaithandu /Banana Stem – 1
2. Turmeric powder -1/2 tbsp
3. Chilli powder-1tbsp
4. Coriander powder-1tbsp
5. Besan Flour -1/2 cup
6.Rice Flour -2 tbsp
7. Curry leaves
8. Oil – 2 tbsp+ for deep frying
9. Salt to taste
10. Garlic powder – 1/2 tbsp
11. Ginger powder -1/2 tbsp
Note:
Instead of adding Garlic and Ginger powder,can add Ginger Garlic Paste
Don’t add water,Banana Stem has water in it
