Bread Flour (All Purpose is not recommended)165g
Water 100g (Can be substituted with 105g of milk)
Instant 3g/1 Tsp
Whole Wheat Dough:
Whole Wheat Flour 200g
Cold Water/Ice Cold Water 190g
The Final Dough:
The pre-ferment(sponge)
The wholewheat dough
Sugar 40g (Can be substituted with honey, molasses, or maple syrup, you may use more or less sugar here)
Softened unsalted Butter 40g
Salt 3g(½Tsp)Thank you so much 😀
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. After 20 minutes of baking Cover the top with aluminum foil once the color is dark enough.
