How’s it going? So I saw my dad cooking in the kitchen so I decided to make a video about it! But I came a little too late because my dad already started a dish. That is the first dish. It is a mix of pepers with parsley with oil and garlic. This eggplant sandwich is yummy, and gluten free. It has a good source of protein and is a great to-go snack. 1. Fry eggplants.
2. Cut cheese and tomatoes
3. add minced garlic with oil on a heated pan
4. when sizzling, add 1/2 a cup water with two table spoons vinegar
5. add pepper, cumin and salt
6. remove pan from heat
7. Add parsley and dill on eggplant
8. put garlic mixture on eggplant
9. add sun dried tomatoes in oil
10.make the sandwich! You could use pita bread or toast. White or grainy. Small or big. Wheat or gluten free. It is your choice!
